Panasonic’s Life Panel Display
Posted by admin in Entertainment, Home Appliances on 03 16th, 2008If you think you’re new plasma high definition television is big, wait until you see Panasonic’s newest baby. The new Panasonic Life Panel display is a 150-inch beast of a plasma HDTV!

Yes, you read that right…150 inches! As the name implies, the new plasma is so huge, it can indeed replace one the walls in any house. The Life panel has a resolution of 4 x 1080p, which would mean that most content will probably be upconverted, including 1080p HD movies.
Panasonic is building a new plant that is its most efficient and most advanced to produce what is currently the world’s biggest flat panel TV. The new 150-inch panel comes on the heels of the 103-incher that Panasonic introduced the year before. The 103-inch display has had huge success, selling about 300 units so far.
Panasonic aims to bring families back together with their new high-definition panels. With a display as large as the life panel, they’ll probably succeed. After all, who wouldn’t want to miss watching TV on the Life Panel! The Panasonic Life Panel display was introduced by Panasonic AVC President Toshihiro Sakamoto during the company’s keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show held in Las Vegas earlier this year.
